The Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research (IVIC) has begun repair and reconstruction work at its facilities, one month after the bombing carried out by the United States. The information was released by the Minister of Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez Ramírez, through the Ministry's official Instagram account.

In her message, the minister indicated that these actions respond to the mandate of the acting president, Delcy Rodríguez, and seek to ensure that science and technology continue to contribute to the development of the country.

The work at IVIC includes the repair of laboratories, libraries, and service areas that were damaged. The aim is to restore the minimum conditions necessary for researchers to resume their projects in areas such as biomedicine, physics, chemistry, and environmental sciences.
